SalamAir launches direct flight to Trabzon

SalamAir launched its inaugural flight to Trabzon, Turkey yesterday.
It opened the path to more flights for tourists to fly from Oman to Turkey.
SalamAir’s CEO, Captain Mohammed Ahmed, flew the trip himself in order to celebrate the occasion.
“This is an historic moment for us, as it is the first time a flight has gone directly from Muscat International Airport to Trabzon. Previously, people had to go on maybe a ten-hour flight with transits, but this is a direct flight at a very affordable cost.” - Captain Mohammed Ahmed, CEO, SalamAir
