His Majesty Sultan Qaboos issues Royal pardon

Muscat:His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, the Supreme Commander, has issued a Royal pardon to a number of prisoners convicted in different cases.
There are 189 prisoners, including 85 foreign prisoners. His Majesty, the Supreme Commander's Royal pardon coincides with the advent of the blessed anniversary of Al Isra'a Wal Miraj1437 AH and in consideration of families
of those prisoners.
