Royal Oman Police closes some roads in Dhofar

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has announced the closure of some roads in Dhofar governorate due to the flow of wadis.

A statement issued online by the ROP said: "The traffic on the Thumrait-Al Mazyona road has been closed from both directions due to the flow of wadis. Wadi Dhahban runoff has caused the closure of traffic on Thumrait-Marmul road in both directions."

"Traffic is re-opening on the road from Burj Al-Nahda Roundabout to Um Al-Ghawarif Bridge in both directions, we wish you safety." the statement added.
