“It is a matter of pride for the Pakistan School System that the FBISE has recognised their commendable efforts,” said a statement from the academic body, adding it was also a proud moment for “students, faculty, parents, and the community” in Oman.

Muscat: Two students from the Pakistan School System have received meritorious scholarships for their academic achievements in last year’s board examinations.

Farzan Saqib, who wrote his senior secondary certificate exam, and scored a total of 1,087 marks out of 1,100 and Ahmad Bin Tariq, who was attempting his higher senior secondary certificate exam, were both awarded scholarships by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE), Islamabad.
