Central Bank of Oman faces technical glitch, repair underway

Muscat: Due to a technical malfunction, work is underway to fix the payment systems in the Central Bank of Oman.

"The Central Bank of Oman indicated a technical malfunction in some payment systems since Tuesday morning. The bank stressed that its specialists are working hard to fix the issue at the earliest, and requested direct banks and service providers to process some payment services through other networks," Oman News Agency (ONA) said in a statement.
