Hemp Seeds
Packed with protein, hemp seeds are good for the hair and skin. They are also rich in antioxidants, fibre, various minerals such as zinc, and many vitamins. They have all the essential omega-3 and 6 fatty acids needed by the human body. You can add them to your smoothies, cereals, oatmeal, and salads.
